Regional HR Manager*Business Partner Based Chelmsford or Watford c£40,000 + car allowance Our client is one of the UK’s largest firms of chartered accountants and business advisers, providing a range of integrated services at a consistently high level. They benefit from having an established network of clients and are continuing to grow that number significantly through reputation and acumen. The company has national coverage through its network of offices and is represented internationally through its membership, internally, they operate without frontiers or departmental barriers and true partnership, which allows them to satisfy the unique and changing business needs, opportunities and problems of their clients. HR is an important piece of the jigsaw in term of achieving this culture and to this end they are looking to recruit a Regional HR Manager who will act as a business partner to a specific area. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a CIPD qualification and man management experience. Most importantly, you will have at least 4 years experience of operating as an HR Manager within a generalist remit. The primary focus of the role is to work with your business area in order to define and develop the people strategy as well as the business strategy for the region. This will involve ensuring that new plans are implemented across individual offices and that they are supported via ongoing guidance and coaching. The organisation and more significantly the HR function are undergoing a period of change and therefore experience of change management and the communication of change would be highly beneficial. This is a role for someone who can demonstrate a solid technical understanding of HR and business, along with a pragmatic and diplomatic approach around the implementation of new initiatives. In terms of character you will be able to build credibility with ease and will be someone who is not fazed by challenging the status quo.
